Superior Contracting was founded in 2020 by Richard Carroll, who has 10+ years’ experience within the industry. Business was formerly known as CTQ Contracting & Property Maintenance upon opening & rebranded to Superior contracting LTD after a few years in service.

Richard’s vision has always been to provide exceptional contracting services while fostering connection and community with customers and businesses. CTQ proudly serves all of Calgary & the surrounding areas.
